Accelerated leadership training

LEAP stands for Lead, Evolve, Achieve and Progress: it is a one-year leadership training program for people with less than five years of professional experience. Throughout the year, participants engage in a variety of experiences, including:

  • Leadership training
  • Collaboration on an international strategic project and presentation of findings and recommendations to Parker International Management
  • Opportunity to be mentored by a senior executive of the company..

“At Parker, I have numerous opportunities for growth, not only professionally but also personally.”

In the first two years, the LEAP program had 33 colleagues participating, and for the coming year, Parker has enrolled 27 people from 10 countries. Participants can expect a challenging, real-world experience that requires dedication, hard work and a willingness to push the limits.
